Homewood Suites by Hilton Ft.Lauderdale Airport-Cruise Port

Huge shout out to the morning staff! Ivanna was a blessing after a very hectic early morning flight. Her welcome and strong problem solving skills made our stay! Hotel was pleasant, affordable and sufficient. Restaurants are somewhat walkable. Night staff was horrible, they have away my roll away although I booked for 7 in our suite, so i had to sleep on the floor!!! Ivanna apologetic and sincere demeanor once again made up for it in the morning.

The hotel was what I was looking for, good location, front desk staff was very attentive and helpful, room was big and very comfortable and with everything needed and breakfast was basic but more than enough to start the day. My only complaint is I had a 3 night stay and housekeeping did not come one single day. I did see a sign on the room saying they came once every other day, but was not advised at check in and 3 nights without having towels changed or offered is not what I expected.

Nice rooms overall. Areas of repair and upgrading needed. Breakfast was ok pancakes horrible though. Must have been packaged and microwaved. Pool was pitted and stained but water seemed clean. There is a shadow across the pool showing the bottom bing pitted& stained the whole thing was like that. Some patio chairs had holes in the material on the seats. Beautiful patio area with nice grill. Fully stocked cooking supplies, full fridge full dishwasher, microwave and two burner counter stove. Overall nice hotel just needs some updates and repairs. We would stay again if in the area.

Location is great!! Right by the airport minutes from the beach, minutes from Port Everglades and the Everglades Was able to airboating through the swamp off my list. My only complaint was the couch. They definitely need to upgrade in that department. And maybe some more lighting at night for the back side of the parking lot

Conveniently located, close to the airport about 5 mins drive. Hot Breakfast was good. Complimentary shuttle service always available. Rooms with well equipped full kitchen, dishwasher , plates and silverware etc.

The nicest person you will ever meet that has anything to do with working in a hotel is Lewis! Feeling exhausted from a 3-day drive to leave the East Coast for a snowstorm, my nerves were frazzled. Trying to enter my room, I quickly discovered I could not get my door unlocked with the key card. As if out of nowhere this man appeared asking, may I help you? That's how I met Lewis. He stopped his work to help a complete stranger. I had no idea he even worked at the hotel. I'm forever grateful for his kindness, service, assistance! He helped to turn my next two weeks around as I prepared for a cruise.

Excellent experience using the conference room at Homewood Suites by Hilton. The space is clean, comfortable, and ideal for professional courses and events. Everything ran smoothly every time I used the room. Special thanks to Angelina for her professionalism, patience, and outstanding customer service. She truly makes the process easy and pleasant. Highly recommended. I look forward to working with them again.

Hotel is nice, but staff is A+. Missed reception by 40 min., gave me a beer. Shower handle was tight, fixed it about 3 minutes. Extra blanket dropped off in about 5 minutes. Breakfast buffet clean and she kept everything replenished. GREAT experience!!!!
